no drilling required German adhesive mounting system included

Had this for 4 years now and it's still going strong, looks shiny like new even with daily use of the bathroom, humidity etc. It looks like a quality item, it does not jiggle or move (like another reviewer mentioned... maybe I tightened the screws more) and it's perfect. We attached it to the sink vanity, which is next to the toilet (small bathroom) because we didn't want to drill on the wood, nor use one of those metal standing toilet paper holders (those do jiggle and take up room).
