Love this bed! Wish we would have gotten it years ago. The matterss is really comfortable. I sleep so much better with my head and feet raised. And watching TV is so much more comfortable. The bed is really quite with raising or lowering. I don't use the massage much but that is just me. It does work well. We got a split king so my husband and I each have our own remotes. The framework itself was beautiful when you opened it up. The only thing you had to do was attached to legs. As far as working it operates beautifully. We love it since the day we put it in we went with a 14 inch mattress on top of it because we wanted a little bit more cushion with the foam and it raised the bed up about 2 1/2 inches so it was easier for us at our age to slide out of bed instead of sitting up and standing up overall very good quality for the purchase.
