Well, I must be excited about these new chairs because I'm re-writing my review since I shifted to a text after finishing the first attempt, and when I returned to the site, my words were gone. We have purchased a bunch if items from Wayfair over the years, but these two chairs are the best acquisition we've ever made from your great on-line store. The pair are very attractive, sturdy and comfortable chairs. Real wood framework no less. My wife chose them because they are the last accessories we are adding to our newly redecorated living room. She is a certified decorator, which means that she comes up with the ideas, and I do the slave labor. She chose an English Farmhouse theme, and the wallvinyl on 3 walls is a blue floral design with an off-white background. Our accent wall is shiplap wallpaper, and these chairs carry the look to that background. The chairs are relatively easy to assemble, but I will suggest that you cut one of the long-side shanks from the provided Allen wrenches and tighten it in the chuck of your portable drill-driver if you own one. Set the drive strength to a few points below full-drive, and your task of tightening the numerous hex bolts will be much easier than using the manual Allen wrench alone.
