I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. UPDATE : this couch was a torture trap however I was determined to get use from it. I removed the back feet (because it pitched forward) i replaced the back cushions with kingsize down pillows, but then the back was too low. The back is just a metal bar with fabric over it and the pillow slips through, no actual support! I went to the hardware store and purchased two pieces of plywood: 27x29”, then I covered them with the hard foam from the original cushions then I used a staple gun to upholster black micro fiber blanket (60x70”) cut in half, to the plywood which I attached with 4 med hinges to the base and inside the”killer” bar. (I do NOT recommend using micro fiber, but I made it work). The couch is now custom and deluxe in comfort and the upgrade was only $52 more! To think I actually considered throwing this in a land fill!! The plywood serves as back support as well as headrest! Yay me. This is a great interim couch. Pretty easy to put together, I could have used some help but I was able get it done myself. I like how versitile it is. You can divide it up or leave the arms off of either side. (Just have to disguise the holes on the sides with a throw blanket if you do). But it gives you more arrangement options throughout the yr. Also you can buy some deluxe throw pillows and disguise the quality. The one thing you really have to consider is it looks navy blue in the afternoon light and blk in the evening. Beautiful couch! Bought it for my sunroom . Took about an hour or so to put together. The color is lighter than I realized, but I still love it. It says it will take 72 hours for pillows to fluff but they seem to be perfect after a few hours. Love the fact that I can remove the covers and wash them if I had to ! I must say, I was extremely skeptical about getting a couch I'm unable to sit on first. I hate firm sofas, so when I saw in the description that it was "cloud soft", I took a chance. This sofa is for sure very soft and comfortable. The entire thing came shipped in 2 boxes which was also impressive, and assembly for the most part was pretty simple. The hardest part was just connecting all of the sections together. The wood is a bit frail and cheap on it though so it's very lightweight, but the comfort definitely makes up for it. I had one issue where on the second day, we went to sit down and had our hand on the arm rest for support as we were sitting and ended up breaking the armrest. the screws ripped right out of the wood. They have an email address to reach out on in the instructions book, so I emailed and they got right back to me with great customer service and shipped me replacement parts right away! Beautiful sectional that comes with 2 throw pillows. The sectional color is black. The fabric is a super soft chenille. Cushions are nice and firm on the bottom and Velcro in place.
