This bed is perfect for my son’s bedroom. He’s able to play underneath and loves climbing up and down the ladder. However, I have had this for a year and a half and the bed loosens overtime which was really nerve racking. Wish it was sturdier and had better materials. This ended up being one of those pieces that takes some patience to put together, but once finished, it really impressed me with the overall quality and sturdiness. The assembly definitely took some time and attention to detail. It took me 3-4 hour to fully complete, mostly because there are a lot of parts and the diagrams can take a little getting used to at first. One of the screws pictured in the instructions didn’t exactly match what came in the hardware bag, but thankfully the numbering system was accurate enough that I was still able to figure everything out without much trouble. My biggest recommendation is to organize all the pieces by their letter labels before starting. That alone will save a lot of time and frustration later. I’d also highly recommend using a drill with an Allen bit because doing everything by hand would take forever. Once I got into the rhythm of it though, the installation process became much smoother. What really stood out to me after it was finished was how sturdy and durable it feels. It does not feel flimsy or cheap once fully assembled. The materials feel solid, the design is unique, and it has a really nice look to it that stands out without being overly flashy. It’s compact enough that it doesn’t overwhelm the room, but it still offers a surprising amount of storage space. We’ve been using it for organizing toys, smaller household items, and general clutter, and it works great for keeping things looking neat and organized For the price, I honestly think it’s a good value considering the size, storage capacity, and how solid it feels once built. It definitely requires patience during assembly, but the finished product feels like something that will hold up well for years instead of needing replaced after a short time.. Nestor. Beautiful bed, quite annoying to put together. The long piece that makes up the bottom of the shelf portion sags in the middle and there isnt a great way to give it more support. Generally the bed feels very sturdy and the big side shelf on top is a fabulous place to display all the little things kids love to display.
