Exactly as pictured. It was easy enough to put together by myself (and assembling stuff isn’t my strong suit). I was disappointed to see that there is indeed some laminated pressboard (is that the word? The cardboard-like stuff made to look like wood?) in the set in the form of the shelf-dividers, but the rest of the piece is solid wood. The bamboo looks nice from all angles.
