I was a bit concerned when I purchased 2 sets of the Eddie Bauer 100%flannel full size, sheet sets because of the low price. Upon receiving them they were packaged as a present with a lovely ribbon. These sheets were discounted because they were leftover holiday patterns. I chose the blue and white plaid and the pine cone patterns. Washed them and put then on the bed. OMGosh!!! These are THE BEST bed sheets. First of all, the Southwestern pattern is not an easy one to find here in Georgia. Glad I found some here on Wayfair. The pattern is classic vivid Southwest pattern. They are soft. I did not wash these sheets. I put them on the bed straight out of the bag. My hubby was really impressed on just how soft these sheets are. No worrying about thread count anymore. Just buy these, microfiber is the easy way to buy soft sheets nowadays. Thank YOU WayFair for the great pricing on these sheets. I really liked these sheets partly because of the "Sheep Motif" and the white, black/grey Sheep print. It brightens your spirits in the morning to wake up to the sheep and the 100% safe cotton is refreshing. The sheets are a 400 thread count, 100% cotton with a sateen finish. I think that because the sheets were 100% cotton, they may have felt less silky, and caused me to sleep a little warmer than I would of slept on a combination material sheet? This is why I rated them 4 stars rather than 5. They have deep pockets, fit well & stayed in place on my 15" mattress. I washed the sheets before using them and they were wrinkly out of the dryer, this did not matter to me, after I put them on the mattress, most of the wrinkles disappeared.
