For an inexpensive mattress, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this one is. I would describe it as a medium firmness—not overly soft or too firm. One thing to be aware of is that there is very little edgeside support. If strong edge support is important to you, this probably isn’t the mattress I would choose. Otherwise, it’s quite comfortable for the price and feels like a good value. It arrives compressed and rolled in a box and expands once you open it. Our shipping box arrived pretty beat up, which made me nervous, but thankfully the mattress itself was very well wrapped in plastic.
