6 months 3 washes later, the cover does not look good. The black pattern is now grey and dirty looking On top of that, it still attracts lint like crazy, so in the end this wasn’t worth the price. —— 5 stars for aesthetic, quality, and function. Makes every photo I take of my cats (on top of the bedspread) “grammable” … or whatever it is the kids say now. Makes the aesthetic of my whole bedroom feel more intentional and put together, while also being able to stand up to kitty claws (I actually got this to protect my duvet from them. So far so good). The only complaint I have is minor Although it arrived encased in a zipped plastic tote, the blanket was covered in lint dust for some reason. I had to lint roll everything before I could show it to my partner. Time will tell if this will be a continued problem, esp w cat hair. But I’d rather have a hairy bedspread than a shredded one.. OMGosh!!! These are THE BEST bed sheets. First of all, the Southwestern pattern is not an easy one to find here in Georgia. Glad I found some here on Wayfair. The pattern is classic vivid Southwest pattern. They are soft. I did not wash these sheets. I put them on the bed straight out of the bag. From the moment I unboxed this quilt, I could feel its quality. The fabric is sturdy, the quilting and seaming is well done with strong thread, and while it isn't what I would call heavy, it is certainly warm enough! Last night was our first night with it on the bed. My husband typically wants two blankets, but I sleep very hot and almost always sleep with only a sheet over me. But somehow, this quilt suits us both perfectly in the amount of warmth it provides. Now let's talk about its visual appeal. I have two-toned walls, the bottom 2/3 of which is a very deep, saturated teal blue and the top 1/3 is a lovely greige. I have smokey rust colored accents in the bedroom and en suite bath. This quilt ties in all my colors! And even though it has the super-deep blues and blacks, it still brightens up the room.
