Not great quality, but it serves the purpose. So glad we paid for assembly, as it came in a million pieces and even the installer said it was difficult to put together. It looks decent enough. There’s a little gap between the doors that is just part of how it’s made. It holds a lot of stuff, though, and I like the shelves inside the doors.. Jennifer. Chicago, IL. Tue Jul 23 2024

Behind the two smooth-opening doors, you’ll find a spacious interior layout with a full-length hanging section for dresses, coats, or shirts and multiple shelves ideal for folded garments, linens, or accessories. This wardrobe is a good size and gives lots of storage for a small space. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble, until the doors. They do have soft close which is a great addition. The hanging space is tight, no sweaters or bulky items would fit. The space is only a small amount larger than an adult hanger. Might work better for small kids clothing. The hanging space is enough for a dress or longer coat lengthwise. The hanging space does not allow for clothing to be see, only the piece in front, unless you sort through them. Shoes, purses, or folded clothing can fit in the shelving area. Overall a good piece and great storage for a small space.. Amanda. Mon Aug 31 2026

I really like this wardrobe. It looks nice in the room and gives me extra storage without taking up too much space. The mirror and drawers are a great addition. Assembly took a little time, but overall I’m happy with the quality and how it turned out.. Kristy. Decatur, IL. Sun Sep 06 2026

This freestanding armoire keeps your space organized and clutter-free. It's crafted from engineered wood, making it easy to suit your home's layout. Two large paneled doors open to reveal a sizable interior that includes a clothing rod and two lower tiers. There are also two drawers underneath for folded clothes, towels, and linens. To round out the design, there's even room on top for storage or display. We also love that it features an adjustable shelf and a metal hanging rod to maximize your storage potential.

The American Country Vintage Armoire works very well for our guest bedroom. It’s a bit flimsy, but we are bolting it to the wall which (instead of using the anti-tipping straps) which will strengthen it nicely. The doors line up well we added a mirror to the inside doors for our guests. The hardware package had everything we needed for assembly each in its own bag-no missingleft over parts! I really appreciated the round stickers in the same print as the cabinet to hide the screw holes. The drawers aren’t very deeplong but I’m using it for linen storage and the occasional house guests so that’s not problematic for us. Four stars due to the cabinet looking a little like a yellow pine color rather than the light brownish I expected. Rated it four out of five stars based on the color-it’s more of a yellowish pine color than the light brown I thought it would be but it’s not a deal breaker.. Goldie Mom. CA. Mon Sep 28 2026

I really like this closet system. I think it’s a good size if you don’t have lots of clothes! My only complaint is that one of the pieces did come a bit damaged but thankfully it won’t show because the piece is towards the wall. Other than that no complaints! I did build it on my own but it definitely took me a while so I honestly would 100 recommend that at least 2 people help build it. Also it’s not really an issue for me but the drawers aren’t deep (so just a heads up).. Maria. CA. Mon Jun 01 2026

Shipping took a week. Three long heavy boxes. Lots of hardware they were in bags and label well. It took us seven hours to build. The directions were good. There is a lot of room for storage. In the draws I have hats gloves and scarfs. The only problem we are having is adjusting the doors to close evenly. It’s very smart looking piece of furniture. The price is good for the armoire. We still have a lot of hardware left over. Another great find at Wayfair!!!. Mary. Stoughton, MA. Sun Jul 12 2026

These were slightly overpriced, in my opinion, but ultimately exactly what we needed--we had a height restriction, as well as a desired depth--and are serving us nicely. Assembly note: you have to drill holes in the doors, for the hinges, and I was a little worried that was going to lead to issues, but it worked out fine...I didn't have to adjust the doors at all, really (maybe I got lucky). Otherwise, these look great and do their job admirably! (tip: I used some of the cardboard from the box to support them on the carpet...without it, they weren't sitting quite straight / evenly). Jonathan. Chicago, IL. Tue Aug 18 2026

No issues encountered; no damaged parts, fast delivery, clear assembly instructions, no missing parts. Assembly video available. I purchased insurance in order to cover any problems on arrival, but there were none. I chose this for its natural color and depth of 20 inches, unlike other similar too shallow, to give my more capacity,. Andrzej. Brooklyn, NY. Sun Oct 11 2026

Maximize your storage without sacrificing floor space with the 70.9"H Armoire, a 2-door wardrobe closet featuring two convenient drawers at the base. Crafted from sturdy MDF material, the freestanding armoire is an ideal choice for a primary bedroom, guest room, or any space lacking built-in closets.

Looks good once assembled and pretty much as pictured, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. It’s surprisingly heavy while still feeling somewhat flimsy, especially the very thin back panels. I think it’s a solid short-term solution, but probably not furniture that’s going to go the distance, and I’m not sure how well it would survive a move. Assembly was also a major pain and took about four hours. Overall, if you need something affordable and temporary, it gets the job done.. Eric. Los Angeles, CA. Mon Sep 28 2026

It was difficult to get good pictures of this item because its in a hallway of sorts, so the angles were hard to work with. Besides that, the item is incredible and serves a very useful purpose in my home. I needed a linen closet of sorts to hang jackets and store throw blankets and spare pillows in, and this item exceeded all of my expectations.
