I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026

These are beautiful, comfortable and well-made chairs. However, we are giving a 4 star rating because, although the chairs are on the pricey side, they were a lot of work to assemble. Love the chairs but I feel like it came in too many pieces. Took a long time to put together with a lot of holes not lining up correctly. They are stackable but you have to move them around to get them stacked correctly. Comfortable to relax on love the curved handle on the back for easy mobility. I would have gave these a five star if they were easier to build with less steps maybe only needing to put on the legs would have been better more simpler. Jessica. Cochranville, PA. Mon Jul 13 2026
