Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Tue Aug 18 2026

Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction. Even wired up some sauna speakers to a cheap amp and hooked up a Bluetooth, then got a suction cup phone holder so I can watch stuff while cooking. 100 recommend.. Anonymous. Sat Jan 27 2024

SIZE: 2 or 3 person interior space size, luxurious sauna dimension-5.9' ft x 5.9' ft x 6.23' ft (1800*1800*1900mm). This sauna provides ample room for 2 or 3 people, making it perfect for cozy moments with a partner or rejuvenating alone

Here are some tips to keep in mind before using a sauna room: 1.Hydration: Ensure you are properly hydrated before entering the sauna to prevent dehydration. 2.Clothing: It is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing or a towel inside the sauna for optimal relaxation. 3.Time Limit: Start with shorter sessions, typically around 10-15 minutes, and gradually increase the time as your body becomes accustomed to the heat. 4.Personal Comfort: Adjust the temperature and humidity levels according to your personal comfort. It's important to listen to your body and take breaks if needed. 5.Precautions: If you have any medical conditions or concerns, consult with a healthcare professional before using the sauna to ensure it is safe for you. 6.Shower: Taking a shower before entering the sauna helps to cleanse your body and open up the pores for a more effective sweat session. 7.Avoid Alcohol and Stimulants: It is advisable to refrain from consuming alcohol or stimulants before using the sauna as they can interfere with your body's ability to regulate temperature. 8.Cool-Down Period: After your sauna session, allow your body to cool down gradually by resting and hydrating. It took a while to unpack and prep for install, but the initial impression of the unit itself is pretty good. It is a nice looking unit. It appears to be smaller than I expected but I haven't got it all together yet. I am VERY disappointed that the delivery people dropped it in my driveway without any contact or calls, they just left it and I was home. When you pay for a large item to be delivered inside it is frustrating. I had to push it inside my garage and it took two months for them to come back and bring it inside. As for packaging, it almost looks like the unit had been returned. The crating and packing was horrible and I'm surprised that I don't have damage, although I did find some. I was torn on what rating to give on this unit. It is really nice looking but there have been some issues. I may post later and update the rating.. Mitchell. Knoxville, TN. Wed Nov 08 2023

CONFIGURATION: control panel (FM&MP3+USB+Bluetooth), ventilation window, oxygen bar, reading light, temperature sensor, speaker, 7-color physiotherapy lamp, remote control, 8mm tempered glass, door handle
