Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. I found the outside shell was very hard to stretch over the frame. I had an inch where the tarp/shell of sauna would not cover the frame. I had to pull so hard on the zipper and cover, the zipper broke on me. Nothing was going to be able to repair the sauna. I threw it away. In the future, I think I will get just a pop up one for me.
