Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. Might be nice if it were a bit larger to stretch legs (I'm 6ft) but then it would be slower to warm up and maintain heat.. Scott. GA. Sun Aug 30 2026

Enjoy a Quick Sauna Session at Home: After a long day of work or an intense workout, relieve stress and ease muscle tension—all from the comfort of your home. Just sit back and relax; 30 minutes is all it takes to feel refreshed and recharged.

I found the outside shell was very hard to stretch over the frame. I had an inch where the tarp/shell of sauna would not cover the frame. I had to pull so hard on the zipper and cover, the zipper broke on me. Nothing was going to be able to repair the sauna. I threw it away. In the future, I think I will get just a pop up one for me. This is just my experience, maybe for some it was very easy to work but for me, not so much.. Joan. IN. Mon May 25 2026
