Appearance I’ll be honest I don’t LOVE the finish, it looks white and chalky over rustic, the wood is kind of pinky. The finish cheapens the look of the table. The underside is almost prettier to me. But it has grown on me, it will look great with white upholstered chairs. I am still happy with it. But not in love with it. I did size up because the reviews said the small table looked flimsy next to the chunky legs. Mine is 84 inches long. The shape of the table is timeless and stunning. I loved this table when we got it. There was a very large flaw about the size of a dollar bill that I decided to live with. Then the first time we used it my glass sweat on the surface and it left a mark. I thought it would dry, the mark remained. Every drip leaves a permanent mark. When I tried to wipe the whole area, I took the gray was off. That was unacceptable to me so I lightly sanded the surface, filled the hole, gray washeded the surface and then put a finish coat on the whole thing. Absolutely love it. So much nicer than I was expecting. Heavy duty, does not look or feel cheap. Took a couple hours to put together, but I completely glossed over the part of the instructions when it said to only screw some of the screws in by 80%. Make sure to follow that part - you need to be able to have a little give in order to get some of the other pieces into place correctly. Once you pass that step, then it tells you to go back and screw them to 100%. That probably would’ve saved me about half an hour, but that’s user error, lol. I would 100% recommend.. Dina. I’m *really* happy with this table. It’s very solid and sturdy, and the wood is good quality. I don’t necessarily love the faux distressed nail holes on the top, but c’est la vie. We love this rectangular trestle table: It's a modern take on a classic farmer's table. Plus, it comes with two removable leaves that extend it from 76" to 112" - so accommmodates between four and eight people. It's crafted from solid and manufactured wood with a warm walnut finish that highlights the natural grain variation.
