Very nice table. Easy to assemble. Nice and sturdy. It does not look or feel cheap at all. Doesn’t seem to scratch easily. It looks like real wood and the staining is a nice color that I would say is true to online. The one thing I will mention is that the top and the base are shipped separately. The Prestow uses a simple butterfly mechanism - gently pull on either end of the table to 'open' the sliding mechanism and reveal the extension piece concealed under the top. Lift and unfold the extension piece to create the additional length. Why not pair these with any of our matching wooden cross back chairs for a sleek look? Available in either white and gray, cream and oak or oak. This product is real wood and so it will age, which can result in colour variations.

Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. This table fit perfect in my smaller dining area. The graining is a warm caramel color in my opinion but it’s not loud just gives it a little somethin somethin! The wood grain has much more texture, and the finish is a bit darker than the item listing pictures indicate. I’m mixing woods in the room so the color is palatable. Delivery service was great. I searched around a while for a base with more visual interest and for the price this one checked the boxes. The surface finish has a less wood-like hand to it. Mango can have a different feel to it.
