Multiple drawers, a spacious cabinet with adjustable shelving, and a built-in towel rack keep essentials organized. Very satisfied with this rolling bamboo kitchen island. I am extremely particular about my purchases and chose this one based on the real wood construction and the exact dimensions I needed to fit flush in height and width at the end of my kitchen island in my new condo and it was one of the only islands I could find in the correct size that had all the drawers I was wanting. It is constructed of solid bamboo for majority with MDF shelves and extra parts. The stainless steel top is in perfect condition and the whole unit was packed extremely well. It took 3-4 hours for my handy husband to assemble the many pieces by himself. Instructions were very clear and all parts and hardware were present with quite a few extra pieces leftover. The hinges on the doors take some fiddling with to get doors aligned correctly. We used an allen wrench with a handle grip that came with another product and a ratchet screwdriver to make assembly easier. The drawers open and close smoothly. We left the spice rack/knife block off because of space constraints. There are small predrilled holes where that unit attached but I'll cover those with some small plastic plugs and will be hardly noticeable. The wheels roll smoothly. This is a well designed island and is constructed in a durable way. We just assembled a couple days ago so only time will tell how it holds up but I feel positive that it will be an excellent piece for storage and extra counter space and should last a good long while.. I love that the counter top gives me the option to fold it up or down to use as a table and that its on wheels so I can move the island if I need extra space. My only dislike is the backside has a hole cutout and doesnt come with an option to cover it but my kitchen chairs hide it when set up and the assembly was a nightmare. There were sooo many pieces. Would recommend this product 810 Assembly was moderate, however there is an imbalance if you leave the wheels on the bottom as instructed. We opted to remove wheels altogether and will just have to manually lift the island to place elsewhere if needed. The countertop extension is a genius idea. We love being able to drop it back out of the way when not in use. Now we just need to find some stools.! The material is fantastic for the most part. The only drawback back in my opinion is that the back boards, closest to where people sitting at the extension would be, are really thin and likely to break if someone accidentally kicks it. The extras, like the spice rack and paper towel holders are excellent additions and now we won’t have an open view of pots and pans like we currently have.. Richard. Monticello, IL. Sat Aug 01 2026

Just what I was looking for in a real solid wood kitchen island on a budget! It fits our space & is a basic style for a good price. It is a soft wood (fir) so you do have to be gentle with it & it did come with some shipping/packaging character marks, but our style is rustic/vintage so it works just fine. I actually modified it by cutting off the bottom 2” on each leg & adding rollers so it is easily moveable by just one person. I assembled this in a few hours, but did need my husband to help turn it right side up when done.. Erica. Junction City, OR. Mon Jul 20 2026
