It's a nice broad bench to put shoes on by the front door. We also pull it into the living room for company sometimes, and the seat is deep enough that you can comfortably put a pillow behind your back for longer-term. We haven’t completely finished assembling this TV stand yet, but I already wanted to leave a review because we are so impressed with it. I love this product if fits the space i bought it for perfectly. It matches my hardwood flooring very well. It was delivered on time and was in good condition. My only complaint is all the nuts and bolts were strewn all over the box and fell out as i unpack it. Not sure how that happened but the bag that was supposed to hold the parts was completely torn. who ever packed this really messed up. I ended up one spring washer short.
