We’re mid renovation of our master bathroom and instead of getting a wooden bench for the shower I opted for this solid surface piece instead. Let me tell you there is a lot of weight to this piece. It’s an exceptional, quality piece that is true solid surface. Comes with a marker in case you get any knocks or scratches you can easily touch it up. I have tested it as a bench and it holds me and my husband without issue. I like the contemporary, sleek style of this piece. I love this shower chair. It is a bit smaller than I thought in terms of the width of the seat, but it works for me. Very heavy. Let’s get concrete about seats! Contrary to what you would expect from its name, this stylish iconic stool is a true lightweight. Inspired by the concrete building blocks often seen outdoors this stylish seat is a practical and irresistible asset to any interior and exterior. Due to its no-nonsense shape and size, this is applicable for multiple purposes. Use it as a stool in the living room or garden or as a handy side table. Your ‘concrete’ comrade is as functional as they come. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a typical Fatboy twist. Just screw off the cap at the bottom and fill her up with sand. This way you can add some weight to the occasion for extra stability and sturdiness.

I like the minimalistic and modern style. I take one star for the logo prominently engraved on the top of it. It would be much better on the side where company Fatboy can still promote their brand without taking away from the nice clean esthetic of this stool. The first unit I received was used and stained! I declined to keep it for 20% price reduction and got replacement 3 days later. Appreciate the service. In my opinion the stool is overpriced given it is mad of plastic but I suppose you pay for the style since I have not found anything that fit my needs that close (modern style, color, size, weight). It is easy to move around and comfortable to sit on.. A. Staten Island, NY. Tue May 05 2026
