It is a beautiful solid piece of furniture. It will last a long time. I paid to have it assembled, and one person did the job. It takes about 12 weeks to get delivered. I waited until it went on sale during Way Day and then signed up to receive marketing emails from Wayfair to get an additional 10 percent off. I was able to purchase it for a little more than $8,300. If following the directions, some of the holes would not align. I had to disassemble a portion in order to align the corner holes.
