Pretty good quality and came well packaged. The instructions were clear, however, there are SEVERAL non pre-drilled holes, so if you do not have a drill this will be extremely hard to build - lots of force required to screw in. Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix. We had a very difficult experience getting this dresser delivered and had to contact customer service many times before it finally arrived. Unfortunately, once we received it, the wood color looked completely different from the photos online. It was much darker and leaned far more walnut than natural oak. We decided to return it..
