This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. The Orpha double dresser is a quality piece, with smoothly-sliding drawers and a solid build, but unfortunately the hue is dark brown and not the golden brown that is pictured on the website. I like the final result this time though. Last time the replacement console table was worse than the first one!. Ruth. Franklin, TN. Sat Sep 19 2026

Great furniture for the price and such a good value. I had purchased Copeland furniture before and was very impressed with it, so I knew pretty much what to expect from the chest. I read the past reviews as well. Its absolutely good quality furniture for the price. I think the worst part abut the chest is just getting it unpacked. It's packaged extremely well. No unhappy surprises and rating it a full five stars!. Pamela. Raleigh, NC. Thu May 12 2016
