Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside.
