I purchased this rug for my personal office space- it looked very plus and good on the feet. To my surprise, it is in fact comfy, and a decent size for my desk space. Setup was straightforward, just had to cut the plastic wrap and unravel. For the price, I cant complain, the color is great, and adds some character to the room. The only issue I experienced is that since my desk area is somewhat big and by having a rolling chair, sometimes I fall out of the rug area and the wheel can pull up the rug when trying to get back without lofting. Beautiful rug and super thick! I got the 9 x 12 rug and it SHEDS! I read that in reviews, but I guess I didn’t understand the grasp of what that meant, I vacuumed this rug four times and still could vacuum more lol. The carpet fibers also stuck to my brand new vacuum so that was fun cutting out! For the price of the rug, I would expect less shedding. It is a great rug though, and it does not need a rug pad whatsoever because of how thick it is and it vacuums great. Just sheds a lot at first (hopefully!). Also, it measured 4 inches short of being 12 foot so Wayfair gave me a 25 discount which was great! Highly recommend using their customer service if your rug measurements are off.. Anonymous. Ok - this is several years down the road and wanted to update folks on this rug. Initially, we loved it. I still love the color and it is very comfortable underfoot. However, this rug sheds horribly and has stretched and shrunk in size since it is not bound. Constantly had to adjust it and the shed was constant and just a mess. We finally could not take it anymore and sent to landfill. I did not want anyone else to have to deal with what we had so didn't even consider donation! We love our new rug ! The color is perfect for our room and décor - and the quality is top notch. I wanted something that would be soft and cushioned somewhat underfoot, but not a high pile that would be hard to maintain.
