You need to charge the solar garden lights in the sun for 6-8 hours. 3. You can see the hanging solar lights outdoor decorative light up in the evening or at night. 4. In winter, remove the snow from the solar panel so that it can be better charged. The working hours normally reduce at winter due to the soft/weak sunlight. The reason why the solar lantern is not on: 1. The ON/OFF switch is not turned on. 2. The solar powered lanterns are not being charged. 3. The solar hanging lanterns for outdoors is placed under strong light or sunlight. 4. If none of the above conditions, the solar garden decorations may be broken. Notice: 1.
