Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! Love the privacy when closed. Total blackout from outside light when completely closed. Added lightning in the gazebo to create a cozy secluded environment. One thing I’d do differently is to provide grommets at the bottom of the curtain to allow for anchoring. They blow in when the wind blows or we get a heavy rain. They do provide shade and rain protection when there is no wind. Still looking for a way to anchor them so wind doesn’t blow them constantly. Otherwise, it is a heavy fabric that seems to be weathering well thru the last couple of years. They remain up year round and provide warmth in the winter from cold breezes when they don’t blow in.. Update- Feb 2023. This gazebo does not hold up To snow Load. The edges fall Apart when removing the snow from the roof. Very disappointed! I hired someone to put this up on our deck. This curtain is awesome. Made well, thick like a black-out curtain. I tried to give a before and after with this collage , however. The before was rather embarrassing with all the stuff we have stored (not neatly) in this attic room. Also, the original rod I bought was too big for the grommets. I used a smaller rod but could not get it to work diagonally so I have a big hook under the oops sign. It will be perfect to separate the two sides once I can hang it properly. This Gazebo is beautiful and sturdy, but unfortunately it came with some scratches and little dents on the poles. The company should think about better wrapping to protect all the pieces. I drink coffee here in the mornings, and we occasionally eat dinner here. There is plenty of space for friends to socialize, and everyone has complimented my new gazebo. Right now, my wife and I are enjoying a glass of wine while sitting here on a perfect evening and watching the sunset. I'm so glad I got it! I can't say much about the assembly because I had it done by someone else. I believe I could have if I had more time in my life. I can say it took about 6 hours for two guys who do this for a living. We had it bolted to the concrete patio with wedge anchors, and it appears to be very secure. We've had some pretty severe thunderstorms recently, and I'm not concerned about this thing moving. I purchased an outdoor fan that hangs nicely from the ceiling hook. Someone else said they put up some screening and used magnets to keep it in place around the part of the roof that raises up. I purchased some screen but have yet to put it to use. Now that we have this gazebo up, which we enjoy, we occasionally work outside when we work from home. Having that option is wonderful. With the help of a lovely outdoor rug and some lovely outdoor furniture, we were able to make the gazebo quite comfortable. In order to hang out there at night, we also installed lighting. We enjoy entertaining as well, and this is always a hit at get-togethers and barbecues. Looks good. Has a small leak in the roof. Covers hot tub great. Delivery could have been better. No one called to say they would be delivering that day. Was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. No call and no one knocked on the door. Just happened to look out window and saw the boxes laying on the grass. The box was pretty beaten up. Website would not let me upload photos.
