I have an older home and need smaller sized stair treads. These are perfect! It was very helpful that they're offered in a variety of sizes (not all treads are). The Beige color is a nice 'neutral', rugs feel soft and they look nice on the steps; they fit perfectly. I was looking for anti-slip treads that I didn't have to use adhesive on and these were a clear winner. They do have a bit of a funky chemical smell right out of the package because they are rubberized, but it dissipated within a day.
