Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. Sofa has down feathers in it that seems to help with material returning to proper shape. The cushions themselves are comfortable. A functional and stylish sofa with recliners is designed for ultimate comfort and peaceful resting.

I purchased this Wade Logan sofa for approximately $3,000 and expected a piece of furniture at this price point to be repairable if something eventually failed. Unfortunately, once the one-year warranty expired, Wayfair essentially washed its hands of the product. I contacted Wayfair because I am willing to PAY for the replacement parts needed to repair the sofa. I am not asking for free parts or warranty coverage. Wayfair told me they cannot provide replacement parts because too much time has passed since delivery. When I asked for the manufacturer’s contact information so I could purchase the parts directly, I was told they are not authorized to provide it for “privacy and security reasons.” This is particularly frustrating because Wade Logan is a Wayfair-owned brand. I asked Wayfair either to provide a way to purchase the parts or contact the actual manufacturer/supplier on my behalf. Consumers should know that once the warranty expires, there may be no practical way to obtain replacement parts or even contact the company that actually manufactured the furniture. The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries.
