The platformbase that goes underneath the cushions doesn’t seem to sit exactly where it’s supposed to. I believe it will still be fine to sit on and use, but it’s definitely something worth noting. I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. I was able to get it put together without any trouble, and once assembled, it feels sturdy for a smaller, basic sofa. The wooden legs are also a nice touch and give it a more finished, mid-century look. This is definitely a smaller-scale sofa, so I wouldn’t purchase it expecting a big, plush living-room couch that you’re going to sink into for hours. However, for what it is, I think it’s a great little sofa. The cushions are fairly firm, which I actually prefer for my office since it keeps the sofa looking neat and structured. The simple design also makes it really easy to dress up with pillows or a throw and change the look. Overall, I’m very pleased with it. It’s cute, compact, easy to assemble, the color was accurately represented, and it works perfectly as an office sofa. It's been a year since I've purchased this sofa. I washed the clothes - it wasn't so easy to peel and put back but I'm grateful that it's at least washable. The sofa back sinks overtime - so that's the portion that doesn't hold up compared to the other parts. Other than that, it works well with my small space and it's comfortable!. Amy. Torrance, CA.
