Upon getting the couch it came in 3 boxes, the packaging was really nice and everything was packaged well. The directions for putting it together however were very blunt and not detailed what so ever. Their also were holes in the bottom where screws were meant to go, that were not holes all the way through so I had to puncture through fabric, not sure if that is meant to be done or not. Upon finishing the couch, I realized I was missing the side arm cushions. I will be reaching out to see if they will be getting mailed.
