This couch looks just like the picture but up close it looks even better. It does not look like cheap leather but is a beautiful browntan color with nice detailing. This couch fit our needs nicely. The sofa bed is a bit smaller than expected but will still work for what I need. It will need a mattress topper to make it comfortable for longer stays but I feel most sofa beds do so that’s not really an issue for us. It was very easy to put together had no issues. The cushions did fluff up a bit after a few days and are ok but the back cushions could us a bit more stuffing to make it more comfortable, so I will probably purchase some to add to it. I purchased this couch and it arrived with missing pieces. I’ve been contacting them and they said they would send the missing pieces. I reiterated multiple times the pieces that I was missing and they reassured me also multiple times that they would send the right pieces.Waited a long time for the pieces to come instead we received a box that was identical to the previous box with still the same missing pieces I was expecting them to either re-ship the parts but all they did was say they could refund me and I had to ship it back. I could no longer put all these cushions back in a box because they had expanded.My Roommate and then re-ordered the same couch and they shipped the same two boxes with the same missing parts but this time with different instructions to a different couch and I now have to dispose of all of these pieces because I cannot build this couch without the missing parts.
