The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I purchased this couch and it arrived with missing pieces. I’ve been contacting them and they said they would send the missing pieces. I reiterated multiple times the pieces that I was missing and they reassured me also multiple times that they would send the right pieces.Waited a long time for the pieces to come instead we received a box that was identical to the previous box with still the same missing pieces I was expecting them to either re-ship the parts but all they did was say they could refund me and I had to ship it back. I could no longer put all these cushions back in a box because they had expanded.My Roommate and then re-ordered the same couch and they shipped the same two boxes with the same missing parts but this time with different instructions to a different couch and I now have to dispose of all of these pieces because I cannot build this couch without the missing parts. I was surprised at how much I liked this couch, given the cheaper price. The green is a beautiful olive color and the texture makes it look more high end. The pieces are pretty neat, instead of floppy looking which helps give it a more modern stream-lined look. I love that there are so many different pieces you can play around with for the configuration. The pieces are a bit on the firmer side. It was decently ok putting it together, although one of the pieces was damaged (the holes were misplaced) and I had to wait about a week to get a replacement piece. Overall, highly reccommend!.
