This was pretty easy to setup and put together. I did most of it myself in about 15-20 minutes. The back and armrests were where I needed some help, just because of the bulk. The arms are not thick, but that isnt an issue. The seat cushions are firm, but do soften, which I like. My only negative is the back of the couch does not come up very high, and the back pillows are on the thin side. If the couch was against a wall, this would not be an issue. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier.
