I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Not perfect, but perfect for the amount of money I wanted to spend! You get what you pay for, and these will definitely last a few years. They look very nice, but take a bit of steaming to get the wrinkles out…mostly.. Jennifer. Gallup, NM. Thu Oct 15 2026

I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.. Elyse. I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026
