That said, customer service was excellent and very responsive in working to resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. Really nice and much more expensive looking than the cost. It is sturdy and has good weight to it… once it gets put together properly. However, I gave it 4 stars because all the fur makes it really difficult to get the screws going and in tightly since the fur would wind up in the threads and it’s have to back it out and clear off the threads and start over. Oh the stools are absolutely firm and nice when i sit on it. I feel my back gets an ease when seated. This table set came with a lot of screws and washers. The process is repetitive especially for the stools. The whole process takes about an hour to assemble. The directions were very simple.
