The couch arrived in six different boxes. One of them still hasn’t arrived yet, but the first five showed up within a day and we’re very excited. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats. This couch is AWFUL to put together. The holes are even in the right spots on some. Without the legs on, while unpacking, it scratched up my new kitchen floors. I ended up not even putting the legs on because the screws aren't long enough for the holes and after hours of trying I ended up having to build a wood platform for the couch so the bottom wouldn't scratch my floors anymore. The couch I was shipped doesnt even look the same as the picture- the pillows are flat, and I'm going to have to buy inserts. Its also a completely different color than the couch in the ad. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate.
