The chair itself is nice but the delivery was a nightmare. They changed my delivery date, which was inconvenient for me, and the the guy sweat all over my chair and says it would go away. Bought this couch without trying it and was worried but I am so pleasantly surprised. It is so comfy and feels like a quality product.
