Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. Was a little worried on ordering a replacement sleeper mattress online without seeing it in person but this mattress is great. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. Pull out the bed frame under the seat. There are two length options. When it is not fully pulled out, it becomes a chaise sofa, and when it is fully pulled out, this sofa can quickly turn into a Queen-size bed for resting. The sofa arrived in 2 boxes. It is shrink wrapped. So once assembled it takes 3 days to fully inflate properly. It is comfortable enough. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. This is a great futon style mattress. The frame is not included and I did not buy a frame for it but it comes with the slots so a frame can easily slide through the cover. I bought it soecifi to slide u set the bed and pull out for when my daughter had sleep overs so her friends can sleep on it and it works perfect for that. I recently had to use it to when we had family stay in town. I like that it fits my fitted sheets and it’s pretty comfortable to sleep. My daughter likes that she can use it as a couch in her room.
