This dog chaise is so adorable, & I love it. However, I will say that the pad that goes on it isn't very fluffy or comfortable for my dog. I am replacing the pad with memory foam because I have an older dog, & I don't want her to have to be on a hard surface. Very handsome bedbench but a lot smaller than what I was expecting. The stock photo is of a beagle and I dont think this is large enough to accommodate a beagle. I think the only dogs that could sleep comfortably in a bed this size would be Chihuahua maybe a Dachshund or a toy breed. My smallest dog is too large for this bed. 31822- Update I have changed my review from 3 Star to 5 Star based solely on my dog wanting to sleep in this bed. My dog normally sleeps in a dog bed in my room with me at night and sleeps in a different dog bed in the family room. I left this dog bed in the spare bedroom and my dog is spending a lot of time in the spare room sleeping on this new bed. For the past three weeks, my dog sleeps in the new bed 90 of the time. My dog has never slept in another room before. For that reason, I feel I must change my review to 5 Stars! Before my dog slept in his new bed, it attracted his fur instantly. I picked this dog bed to replace another dog bed I have had for years. My dog has only laid in it twice. I’ve had the This bed for weeks now and my dog has not shown interest. He prefers to law on the rug next to the bed. The bed is thinner than my dog’s other beds. I will bring this bed to my sister’s house for my dog to have something to lay on when we visit her.
