First, I have to say I love the dispenser! The reason I’m only giving it 1 star is the dip tube that goes inside the pump to bring the soap to the spout is only half the length of the dispenser so even though the dispenser holds about 12 ounces you have to refill it every 6 ounces because the tube doesn’t go all the way down to the bottom. I find this highly unacceptable! Why in the world the manufacturer would skimp on such a small item to give an extra couple inches of that dip tube would not cost them that much!! I have half of mine to return it, and I would never advise anybody to buy this because of that. Barbara. Thu Sep 10 2026
