This is one of the most comfortable and plush outdoor chair I have ever sat in. It was unfortunate that I did not receive the first delivery as FedEx delivered it to somebody elses home, but Wayfair customer service was wonderful and shipped me a new chair right away. I have a new patio to put these very lovely chairs onto — and am about to not only order sunny yellow seat cushions from Wayfair for comfort, but am also about to order two more chairs to have a set of four! These are made of the high density recycled material that does NOT need to be covered up if left outside, and do NOT need to be brought in or stored in the off-season. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. These chairs are awesome! They replaced the traditional wooden Adirondack chairs with many slats. They were wooden and therefore had to be constantly repainted. Mother Nature won out in the end. What I like most is that they fold up for storage, which is a huge plus compared to some of my older chairs. The material feels sturdy and is higher quality than I expected. They are comfortable to sit in for long periods of time while relaxing by the fire or enjoying a summer evening in the yard. My kids love them so much that they are constantly arguing over who gets to use them. I may end up ordering a few more just to keep everyone happy.
