Just received my stools today. So this is a review based on first impressions. The stool is super cute! Sturdy and exactly what I was hoping. The cushion isn’t very thick so it doesn’t have a lot of padding. My 1 complaint. I ordered Gray and it is Black. If you look at the picture that I ordered from it is clearly gray. I thought these were beautiful albeit expensive. When I saw that they had several open box items which are final sale, no return, I reached out to inquire about probable defects. Reassured that they were thoroughly inspected, I pulled the trigger. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to have my items arrive with scratches and defects in the metal finish (factory defects) and the faux leather were of two different dye-lots. Additionally, one of the cushions is noticeably taller than the other.
