I’ve had this couch for a month now, and I wanted to give a thoughtful, honest review after living with it day to day. First, the positives this couch is incredibly comfortable. It feels sturdy and well made, yet the assembly process was straightforward and hassle free. The dimensions are exactly as described, which made it easy to plan for in my space. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fabric. It’s soft without feeling flimsy or stiff, and it seems to be great quality overall. One of the biggest wins for me is how easy it is to clean. With two kids and two dogs, that’s a must! As for the downside, I did notice some slight variations in the fabric color between the cushions. It’s not extremely obvious at first glance, but it is noticeable, especially in certain lighting. I’ve included a photo for reference. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. I am so in love with this couch! I got the camel color, which looks exactly like the photos and nothing at all like what I think the color “camel” looks like. I’d probably call it taupe? It’s even more comfortable than I had hoped - very firm but soft enough that I don’t feel like I’m sitting on top of it. The material is very soft and I can pet it forever. I’ve slept on it twice quite comfortably. Yes, it is low, and the only thing I don’t like is it’s not quite a full back rest. I am five feet tall so it fits me great both to sit and stretch out on. The color is exactly what I wanted it to be. I let it sit the full 72 hours without sitting on it and it filled out great with no lumpiness or uneven areas. A few people have come over and also remarked on how comfy it is. 10/10 would purchase again and I’ve been recommending it. I love how affordable it is and that there’s zero installation. The sofa can be customized by adding or removing seats and ottomans as needed. During production, we use different product codes and corresponding product patterns for each configuration on the packaging. Sometimes, depending on inventory, we may ship boxes with different product codes, such as using a loveseat configuration code to fulfill an order for a three-seat sofa or using a three-seat configuration code to fulfill an order for a loveseat sofa. Therefore, THE PACKAGING YOU RECEIVE MAY DISPLAY A PRODUCT PATTERN DIFFERENT FROM THE SOFA YOU ORDERED. Please rest assured, the product you received is exactly as per the configuration you selected. ③To make the sofa seat installation more flexible (without needing to consider left or right side during installation) and to improve the appearance of the sofa, it is NOT NECESSARY TO INSTALL 4 ADDITIONAL LEGS AT THE BOTTOM SIDE WHERE THE SOFA SEAT MEETS THE ARMRESTS. Therefore, please ensure that the L shaped sofa has 16 legs. Incorrect installation may result in the sofa’s ottoman missing 4 legs. ④There may be slight color differences due to light or monitor. And all cushions of the cloud couch are shipped in vacuum packaging, please pat the cushions and wait for 72 hours to fluff up.
