The Armor WL550 is a penetrating, matte wet look water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption. It will darken the surface to slightly enhance any dull and faded coloring. The Armor WL550 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and masonry. It works entirely below the surface and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Worked well and water beads on marble lanai and pool deck pavers. It is not matte but more of a low gloss that I expect to dull from the sun.. Mark. Sw Florida. Thu Mar 14 2024

This product is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. What makes the flooring different is its solid core that gives the floor superior indentation resistance, it doesn't need to acclimate before it's installed and it can handle wide temperature ranges like a cabin in the middle of winter and an enclosed lanai in Florida on a hot summer day. w/ 20mil wearlayer

With no or minimum prep, the result is a beautiful, durable, quiet, and comfortable floor that can be enjoyed right away.

The floor itself is great. I had used it for my laundry room and decided to add it to the bathroom next to the laundry as well. The box came damaged at first with the pieces all having damage on one corner. The second box had less noticeable damage but I did have some of the click lock system damaged so I needed to cut some of that off to attach the pieces which is not ideal. I made the second box work but luckily I had some extra pieces available from the first project to use to finish the job. The floor itself is thick and goes together well just beware and check for damage before starting.. Jennifer. Canton, OH. Sat Sep 26 2026

This vinyl tile was perfect - just what I wanted, and arrived faster than the same tile at any other flooring websites I found. Plus, due to the free shipping, it was also much cheaper than any of the other sites too! I probably sound like a gushing paid reviewer haha but I’m truly not - I just research stuff A LOT (way more than I probably should time-wise ‍♀️) and am happy to pass on great deals I have used and liked! We hired guys who glued down the tiles beautifully - but note that these tiles are manufactured to have a large gap (3/16”) between the tiles when they are placed next to each other. So, you’ll need to caulk (not grout) between them, with some sort of sanded silicone grout (note that the caulk needs to be sanded, not smooth, so it stays as placed rather than slumping) One tip- I needed 7 boxes of these tiles, but putting 7 boxes into my cart changed the arrival date to 3 weeks away (instead of 1 week away when putting 6 or less boxes into my cart). I called Wayfair customer service, and the lady said 6 or fewer boxes would come more quickly since 7+ boxes would require its own shipping truck. So she recommended that place 2 orders that added up to 7 boxes; I did that (one order of 6 and another order of 1) and the tiles arrived in 1 week after all! So if adding a larger amount of something increases the arrival date, try splitting it into two orders. Stephanie. Sandy, UT. Tue Jul 28 2026

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. We had to replace laminate multiple times but with the flex it allows the give that we need. Love this product!!. Nicole. New York. Thu May 07 2026

Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. Even was able to make a transfer piece with the extra. Just don’t drop the box. Did that on one and all the corners broke. But keeping it to use in my hallway.. Meredith. US. Sat Jul 11 2026

I'm really excited about these tiles. I got them for my downstairs bathroom and they are exactly what I was looking for. They have a nice thickness and the color and pattern are gorgeous! You can do several different design patterns if you want but I'm going to cut them in half for the edges and then just fill them in. It will make the square footage go farther that way. I should have just enough from 1 box to do do my small 1/2 bath. I will update with photos of them installed when I've got them installed. You do need floor adhesive, but I would use that even if they were self stick. I would definitely recommend them!. Barbie. CA. Thu Jun 11 2026
