This is a great fireplace. We had the unfortunate experience of two being shipped with damage because the packaging wasn’t good. didn’t notice the damage until we were passed the return window at 6 weeks vs 30 days because my contractor was running behind on the install. But Wayfair took care of us. The manufacturer has assured us they have taken care of the packaging issue. I hope they have because the product is truly awesome. My contractor was able to bend the damaged piece back so it’s not so noticeable. It’s still not perfect but not trying again! Had to pay my contractor to come out each time to install. The product itself is great but advice just unpackaged the entire thing upon receipt to make sure the bottom isn’t damaged. We bought this because of the great reviews and I was so sad at the shipping damage. I built a $12k feature wall to showcase this so was sad that sloppy FedEx made this a terrible experience. In the end Wayfair took care of us though so I’m happy.. Ann. Indianapolis, IN. Mon Sep 21 2026

I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. I had to really zoom in so you can see them. From standing height you cannot see the switch and you cannot see the blacked out controls on the face of the fireplace. This makes the modern black aesthetic stand out and remain clean and uninterrupted. I really appreciated this eye to detail.. Siv. Helena, MT. Mon Apr 13 2026

Just the perfect size for the fireplace wall that we are building. Fake wood inside makes it more realistic than crystals. The only one that I dont like is that its a little noisy. I cant handle this noise for a long time. Still keep it since its visually what I am looking for but if you want a fireplace no noise its not this one.. Oksana. Panama City Beach, FL. Great product. The fire place was well packaged and contained well written instructions. The side glass gives it a unique look when you enter the room. I ordered this electric fireplace but received a box of wall slat panels instead. When I contacted Wayfair, I was offered 20% off the panels, which was unacceptable because I had not ordered them and had no use for them. I was then told my only other option was a full refund because this fireplace was backordered and the website inventory was incorrect. However, the website stated that "5" were still in stock and still does and the price had increased from $199.36 to $479.99. The fireplace was originally scheduled for delivery on Thursday, and I had hired a contractor to do a build out wall and install it that Saturday. Because of the time constraints, I had to purchase a different fireplace with fewer features at an additional cost of $110 and delivery was the following Monday. I must also pay the contractor to return for another installation appointment, causing further stress, inconvenience and expense. This was a terrible experience and Wayfair has likely lost a long time customer.. Christine. FL. Fri Sep 11 2026
