It's a good toolbox with one flaw. The black liners move about and can cause the drawer to get stuck and not open. This goes in a closet when i am not using it, so the wheels are great. Anti tip feature mentioned is a keyhole in the back which you put a crew thru into a wall. Screwdriver provided was nice, gloves provided did not fit.
