Very excited to see the full remodel. This tub was exactly what I wanted amd fits perfectly. I like the deep water level and the little seat.. this is the update on my review. I am truly amazed, I was thinking no this isnt going work but omg yes ,washes amazingly the spiner leaves the clothes dry,when I say dry I meant it takes almost all the water out of the garment, even jeans I hung my clothes on hangers in the bathroom with a small space heater, with in 20 mins my clothes were dry , thats how well its spins the clothes dry, this is a god send item for someone on a SSI check that has no way to get to a laundry mat to do laundry,. I was in search of a free standing tub that had completely straight/square sides versus the many that are sold with curves and angles. I needed this to fit in a corner without leaving spaces between the tub and wall that would either trap water or dust. This was the the one squared tub that I found within my price range, with others being 2-3 times as much for some reason, so I bought it in the only version available at the time (glossy gray). It's here now, I've opened the box to take a look and it is really beautiful and substantial while also being a foot shorter in length than the alcove tub it's replacing (space that I was eager to gain in a small bathroom). I'm really excited to get it installed and will be putting in a fixed glass panel on the non-wall end and a pivoting glass panel door along the exposed side since it will get the most use as a shower.
