I got this chair for my elderly friend. She loves the height of it, that its comfortable to sit in and that it reclines. However it is hard to push the footrest back down once its reclined. I actually had a hard time with that myself. It does swivel nicely, however, its hard for her to get out of it because she has to use a walker to pull herself up and with the swivel feature, shes worried its going to shift on her while getting up. So we are going to fix that for her. It also came with a small fray on the armrest. Not a big deal. The chair came in one very heavy box. I couldnt lift it by myself. We bought 2 blue chairs. We love the size, color and they fit in our space perfectly. The material in one chair is slightly more shiny and that chair seems a bit firmer. The other chair, the material looks slightly different and that chair is not as firm and after 3 day, seems to be breaking down already. We are a bit concerned with longevity. So time will tell. I looked at these chairs for a while and am really glad I got them. Very nice in person, the seats a little stiff but not uncomfortable. Soft Baby blue but color can change a little with whatever pillows you add. I needed to blend my other blues in room a bit and the added pillow helped. My shorter, smaller wife loves this (and that is what counts, because it is for her), but I would not recommend it for someone like me who is over 6 feet tall. But, it is as advertised... These chairs are very close to what I wanted. The fabric and gray stripe are beautiful, the seat is firm and comfortable, and the chairs feel sturdy and roomy. I am 5’5” and 280 lbs, and they feel very stable. The back cushions seem a little underfilled, and the chair back is lower and slightly smaller overall than I expected.
