At first, I was skeptical because I never knew Faberware made microwaves but it was offered at a fair price so I took a chance. It is more powerful, by surprise, than my old one which was 1000 watts. Even though it is smaller, I can still fit a large plate with room to spare. My only complaint thus far is the popcorn setting. This is the quick set button on top of the panel. Really like this microwave. We built an ADU attached to our daughter's house because of my husband's physical limitations, and this microwave is great for a wide variety of cooking. My only complaint is the filters: WHY do I need a screwdriver to take them out for cleaning? The ability to have the air filter tray come forward is great. I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. It came with nice paper templates that showed you exactly where to mount and drill. Me and a friend installed it in 45 minutes. Works great. No fluff solid ge appliance. I’m happy. James.
