Initially I was persuaded to purchase this kitchen accessory because the copy said it could make quesadillas.... But making quesadillas is not addressed in the directions. Pizza is. In general I found the directions rather lacking. But having said that I have made a dish in the specialty grill. And it turned out extremely well. It is easy to clean and heats up quickly.
