Very nice all wood (cedar maybe?) stool that looks nice enough for the living room. We just needed a small stool in a couple of spots to have a way to reach up and pull the shades down, so this design fit the need perfectly. There was only one small problem, the top of one of the two units had a noticeable large gouge in the top. We are going to keep it anyway since it will not affect the useability as an occasional stepstool for a little additional reach. Thank you to Millwood Pines!. Richard. Woodridge, IL. Sun Jul 26 2026

From offering a spot to sit while you take off your shoes to providing a perch for your favorite potted plants, benches are always a key ingredient to your home. Like this one, for example: Crafted from solid acacia wood, this furniture piece has an open tapered design with a footrest, offering some convenience and comfort as you sit. And it can support up to 250 lbs., while a neutral finish allows it to blend with a variety of color schemes from coastal cottage to Southern traditional. Why don't you put it in your traditional farmhouse dining room, then roll out a striped jute rug to tie the space together with a pop of pattern? Something to consider: You'll need to put your new bench together once it arrives, so be sure to have a few tools handy. And when it needs a little freshening up, we recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth.

I knew from other reviews that this was going to be very small! It needed to fit in a very narrow space so I gave it a try. I wear Women’s 7 1/2 and two pairs only fit on a shelf if one shoe goes in sideways - so the picture they provide must have very small shoes in there. But it will work for what I wanted. I threw a bunch of slipper socks in the top storage area and we will see if I can remember that’s where I put them!. Jill. Blue Springs, MO. Sat Jul 11 2026
